All the items offered by have the corresponding legal guarantee, whose term is generally two years from the date of delivery to the customer, except batteries that are 12 months.                                                           

Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of material or wear caused by normal use thereof, are not included in this warranty.

Losses in the functionality of the items, due to the limitations of their design, are also excluded from the coverage of this guarantee.

Only in the event that the manufacturer certifies the manufacturing failure of a product, will be the replacement or repair, as the customer chooses, unless one of these two final options is objectively impossible or disproportionate, in which case you can choose to the price reduction or the resolution of the contract.

If, as stated in the preceding paragraph, the client opts for the termination of the contract and, therefore, the return of the item, the amount paid by the latter will be refunded. will assume, in any case, the total shipping costs generated with respect to the return of products in which the manufacturing failure has been certified. How do I return a product?
